Hey, do you mind telling folks where you train at? I'm applying for a position within my agency and I'll be transferred out to LA if I get it. I love the current dojo I train at but most likely will only be able to make it out once a week. I would like to keep my training more current that that. From your posts it seems like your dojo seems like a good place to train.

Chances are either downtown Hollywood or the Wilshire Center. I'm interested it judo, BJJ and Japanese Jujutsu. JKD is another area of interest. Thanks.

There are some damned good BJJ academies in both areas. Also, if you are in Hollywood, in addition to BJJ at Eddie Bravo's academy, you can train boxing at Wildcard (where Pac-man trains). The only JKD place I know is in Korea town, but it is a good one (and they have great BJJ there too). The two best Judo places are Tenri Judo and Sawtelle Judo.
SoCal is crazy with good places to train.

Just a quick questions, did you go through law school and work at the same time or do law school alone?

Ah, ok. I was just wondering if you knew of any good online law schools or schools designed for people who have a full time job. I already have my Masters in Public Administration, but have several options with my agency if I pursue a Law Degree.

I am sure there are some decent ones out there, but since it was never an issue for me, it was just never something I looked into. Make sure, if you find one, that it is an ABA accredited law school, otherwise you might have trouble taking the bar or getting a job in some localities.

Yeah, I love that site. Cracks me up every time I read through it. You should also google "an open letter to Dr. Laura" for a good laugh.

I try to deny myself any illusions or delusions, and I think that this perhaps entitles me to try and deny the same to others, at least as long as they refuse to keep their fantasies to themselves.
